General Interview Tips
At least 24 hours before your interview we recommend you review the job description and interview guideline (sent by your recruiter), as well as the Candid website. Candidates who are able to understand what Candid does deeply enough that they can provide ideas and input are the candidates we typically see move farther along in the process. We love to see your knowledge and passions show up in each conversation!
As you’re reviewing material about Candid, take note of questions you think of so you can ask about them during your interview. Your interviews are not just a time for us to decide if you’re a right fit, but a time for you to discern if Candid is right for you.
