New at CandidPro: Limited aligners, an enhanced loyalty program, and more

Our team is always working to improve our platform based on feedback from our providers. This latest round of updates represents a significant step forward. We’re proud to present a new limited aligner product called CandidPro Elements, an improved approach to loyalty that integrates more products and accelerates earning opportunities while maintaining simplicity, and a new treatment plan viewer. 

CandidPro Elements

A number of our providers have been waiting patiently for a limited aligner product for some time. Now, we’re proud to meet their needs with a thoroughly tested product built for simple cases. 

CandidPro Elements offers pay-per-tray pricing and a streamlined feature set, giving our providers exactly what they need to deliver high-quality outcomes in cases where movement requirements are minimal.

CandidPro Elements does not include our CandidConsult service, which lets you run your treatment plans by an experienced orthodontist. It also does not include our signature ProMonitoring platform, though you may add it for an additional fee. 

Our Chief Dental Officer, Dr. Brian Gray, recommends using CandidPro Elements for mild crowding, pre-restorative, and relapse cases. These case types generally require few stages and may not warrant ProMonitoring or orthodontic oversight. With the right approach to case selection, CandidPro Elements can help your practice earn more when treating simple cases. 

Best of all, if you can change your mind about the complexity of your case before accepting your treatment plan, you can upgrade to CandidPro Comprehensive and only pay your standard case fee. You may also upgrade later on at a discounted rate.

Enhanced approach to loyalty pricing

In the past, our loyalty program only accounted for CandidPro Comprehensive cases, with each case earning one point. With the addition of CandidPro Elements, we decided our loyalty approach needed a refresh to give our providers more ways to earn toward their next loyalty pricing tier. 

This change increases the number of loyalty tiers but reduces the number of cases needed to advance to the next tier. It also includes CandidPro Elements and PermaForm retainers, so all of our providers’ aligner and retainer cases count towards their tier status. The result is a system that will help providers earn our best pricing, faster. 

We’re excited to give our providers the recognition they deserve for choosing CandidPro, and we look forward to seeing increased profitability from our practices as they advance through each tier.

New treatment plan viewer

Over the last several weeks, we’ve been gradually transitioning our providers to a new treatment-planning experience. Most CandidPro providers should now see this updated experience for new cases.

The updated treatment planning viewer offers key enhancements in the short term and sets the stage for more advanced treatment planning capabilities currently under development.
